We are over on Kondhwa Road in Pune, specifically at Survey No-51 in the Shriniketan Saibaba Nagar area. Mii Agro & Food Innovators Privatelimited isn't your typical high-tech Pune startup. We’re more about the food itself and how to make it last or taste better without making it complicated. The office is in a residential-feeling spot, so it’s got a bit of a homey vibe. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different ways to handle produce after it’s picked. Some days the kitchen area is a mess because we’re trying out a new way to dry fruit or pack vegetables. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't polished speakers, and we don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us trying to find practical ways to help the food industry. Pune is growing so fast, and we’re right in the middle of that energy, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We talk to vendors, we talk to farmers, and we try to bridge the gap between them. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially with all the construction nearby, but it feels good to be doing something useful. We just take it one day at a time, looking at what’s in front of us and trying to make it a little better than it was yesterday. It’s a slow process but we’re patient with it.
