Mega Fibre Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Pune at Plot No. 164. We are in the S Block of the MIDC area in Bhosari. If you know Pune, you know Bhosari is packed with factories. Our place is no different. We handle fibre materials, which means the air sometimes has that specific smell. The building is a standard industrial shed. Inside, it's mostly machines and rolls of material. It gets quite busy during the shifts. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a long time. They know how the machines sound when they are running right. There isn't much to the office area, just a couple of chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't spend much time on the computer anyway. Most of the work happens on the floor. The MIDC roads are always full of tempos and workers during the lunch hour. We usually just eat our tiffin and get back to it. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs doing. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the factory stays warm because of the processing. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just make the fibre products and send them out. It’s a basic operation and we like keeping it that way. No need for anything extra. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the gate closes on time.
