Krishna Enterprises

Our shop, Krishna Enterprises, is at Shop No. G/02 in the Ramchandra Complex. This is on Plot No. SP. 111/2 in the S Block of Indrayani Nagar Chowk, right in the MIDC Bhosari area. People always mention the chowk twice when they give directions around here, which is funny. Being at the chowk means it’s a very busy spot with a lot of vehicles constantly moving around outside. The noise from the traffic never really stops during the day. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The shop is mostly filled with parts and materials that the local workshops need. It can get quite hot inside during the peak of summer, so the fan is always running on high. I try to keep the desk organized, but bills and papers always seem to pile up no matter what I do. My brother handles some of the deliveries while I stay back to manage the walk-in customers. We are surrounded by other industrial businesses, so everyone knows the struggle of dealing with the MIDC regulations and the traffic. Sometimes we have to move stuff out onto the pavement just to make room to move around inside. It’s not a glamorous job, just honest work helping the local guys get what they need for their shops. We stay open late most days to make sure everyone is taken care of. The building is sturdy, but the paint is starting to peel.
