Diamond Chemicals

Diamond Chemicals is located over at Plot S-66 in the S Block of the MIDC in Bhosari, Pune. If you know Pune’s industrial areas, you know Bhosari is a huge place with all kinds of factories. We’re just one of many units here, focusing on our chemical processing. The building is older and has that specific look you see all over this part of town. We’ve got our mixing tanks and storage areas set up to work as efficiently as we can in the space we have. It’s a busy life here, with lots of monitoring and measuring going on throughout the day. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s mostly just the folks on the floor and a couple of us in the small office area handling the paperwork. The traffic in Bhosari can be a nightmare sometimes, especially during shift changes, but we’ve learned to live with it. We just focus on getting our batches right and making sure the deliveries go out on time. It’s a gritty, hands-on kind of job. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do because it’s pretty basic industrial work. We’ve been at this for a long time and we plan to stay here at Plot S-66 for many more years.
