You’ll find Cotmac Electronics Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot Number 130 133-A in Sector Number 10. We’re part of the PCNTDA area in the MIDC industrial zone in Bhosari, Pune. It’s a massive area and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. Our building is a pretty standard industrial shed, but it's packed with all sorts of electronic components and control panels. Pune traffic is always a mess, so we usually try to get in early before the roads get completely choked up with cars and buses. The work we do is quite detailed, lots of small wires and delicate parts, so we have bright lights everywhere inside. It's a contrast to the dusty roads outside. We have a decent-sized team, and the atmosphere is usually pretty focused, though we do have a laugh during the lunch break. The MIDC area is always humming with the sound of other factories, so you never really get true silence here. We store our inventory on tall racks that go almost to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to spend all day just counting parts or checking circuits to make sure everything is in place. It's not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been in Bhosari for a long time now, and we’ve seen the whole sector grow up around us. We just keep doing our bit, assembling what needs assembling and making sure it gets loaded onto the trucks for delivery. Every day brings a new set of panels to build.
