Micro Tools

We’ve been running Micro Tools from our spot at 164 Pune Kharadi Road for quite a long time now. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a local shop where we handle various types of precision instruments and small hardware. If you walk inside, you’ll probably see a bit of clutter because we have a lot of stock squeezed into a small space. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew or anything, so there’s usually some dust on the shelves. Most of our day is spent helping people find that one specific bit or gauge they need for a project. We aren't much for fancy talk or big marketing plans. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes it’s a regular who’s been coming for years, and other times it’s someone who just saw our sign while driving past. The traffic on Kharadi Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to the noise by now. We keep a small kettle in the back for tea when things get quiet. It’s a simple way to live and work. We don't use any high-tech systems to track every little thing, just a few notebooks and our own memory of where we put the latest shipment. It might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but it works for us and our customers. We’re just here to provide what’s needed and keep the business ticking along.
