Micro Circuits

Our shop, Micro Circuits, is located at J-448 in the J Block of MIDC Bhosari. This part of Pune is well-known for all the engineering and technical companies, and we are right in the middle of it. The area is always buzzing with activity from the other units. Inside our space, it is a bit more controlled because we work with small circuits and delicate parts. We have several workstations with bright lights and plenty of tools. It’s not a sterile lab or anything, just a regular workshop with some dust on the shelves and a few coffee stains on the desks. We spend a lot of time looking at schematics and trying to get the layouts just right. It takes a lot of patience, but we’ve been doing it for years now. Bhosari is a good location because we are close to all the suppliers we need. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just like the challenge of putting things together and seeing them work. Most days involve a lot of testing and re-testing. It can be frustrating when a circuit doesn't behave, but we eventually figure it out. We are just a small team of technicians who prefer working with our hands rather than sitting in meetings all day. It’s a practical way to spend the time and the work keeps our minds sharp.
