Mickey Mehtas 360 Wellness Temple

Our place is in Koregaon Park, right on North Main Road inside Ashiana Park. We are on the 2nd floor, which you can find just above the Wellness Forever pharmacy. It’s a busy corner, especially being opposite Lane No 5, so there’s always something going on outside on the street. The gym has a bit of a different feel compared to the big chains you see elsewhere. We try to keep things calm, even though the street below is always noisy with traffic. The space is on the second floor, so you get a bit of a view of the trees that Koregaon Park is famous for. We have the usual equipment, but we also focus on just moving around and feeling okay. It’s not about having the flashiest machines for us. Most people who come here live in the nearby lanes and just walk over for their session. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the walls have seen a lot of people come and go over the years. It’s a practical setup for the neighborhood. Sometimes the lift is a bit moody, so taking the stairs is usually faster if you are in a hurry. We don’t have a lot of complicated rules, just ask that people put their weights back and be decent to each other. It’s a local spot where people know each other’s names, and we like it that way. North Main Road is always hectic, but once you step inside, it’s a place to work.
