We are based in Pune at Shivajinagar, specifically in Flat No.302 of the Silverleaf building. It is right in Revenue Colony. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a view of the street below. The building is mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down for the neighbors. It is a comfortable space with a few rooms turned into offices. We have our computers and some filing cabinets lined up against the walls. The lift in Silverleaf is a bit small and sometimes it is faster to just take the stairs. Revenue Colony is a busy area, but once you are inside the flat, it is quiet enough to focus. We have got a little balcony where we go to get some fresh air. It is not a big industrial site or anything like that. Just a quiet spot where we handle the Michelin India Tyres Pvt Ltd paperwork and calls. We usually order lunch from the small eateries nearby in Shivajinagar. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We do not wear suits or anything. It is just us doing our jobs in a normal Pune apartment converted for work. People usually call before they come over because it is a private building.
