We've been at the Shembhekar Industrial Compound for a long time now. Chinchwad is a busy place, and our shop fits right in. Metachem Manufacutring Co. Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we handle all the day-to-day work. It gets loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just how manufacturing goes. People around here know us as the place that gets things done without a lot of fuss. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the machines inside and out. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure everything is running okay. If you walk past Sr No. 147/1&2, you’ll probably see the trucks coming and going. The work isn't always pretty, but it’s steady. We keep our tools sharp and our heads down. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, but we manage to sort it out eventually. It's a real local operation. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. Just a bunch of guys who know how to handle the chemical side of things. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we're still right here doing what we do. It’s a job, and we take it seriously enough to keep the doors open every morning. We don't have a lot of rules, but we do expect everyone to do their part correctly so we don't have to redo the work.
