We are located over in Nigdi, which is a part of Pune that feels a bit more organized than the main city center. Our office is at T-22 in Sector 26, specifically in the Druvadarshan area of Pradhikaran. Being builders in this area means we spend a lot of time looking at plots and checking on construction sites around the various sectors. Pradhikaran is a nice place because it was planned out well, so the streets are a bit wider and things are quieter than in the middle of Pune. We are just a small team working out of this office. You won't find any high-pressure salesmen here, just people who know about bricks and mortar and how things get built. We have been part of the local community for a while and we see the same faces every day at the local tea stalls. The work involves a lot of coordination with contractors and making sure the materials arrive at the sites on time. Sometimes the weather in Pune makes things difficult, like when the heat gets too intense in April or the rains stay for too long in July. But we just keep at it. Our spot in Sector 26 is easy to find if you know where Druvadarshan is. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We build houses and buildings for people who want to live here.
