Merits Hr Staffing Consulting Private Limited is located over at 642/1 in the Bibwewadi area. We are in the A-1 block, specifically flat 16A. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator isn't working, but that doesn't happen too often. Bibwewadi is a lively part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside. We have a lot of regular people coming in and out because of the nature of staffing and consulting. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out who fits where. Our office doesn't have any of those glass walls or neon lights you see in movies. It’s just a practical space with some desks and chairs that have seen better days. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee because the days can get pretty long. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are reviewing resumes or talking to candidates on the phone. The sunlight comes in quite strong through the window in the afternoon, so we have to keep the curtains closed half the time. Merits Hr Staffing Consulting Private Limited is basically just us doing our best to help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. The local shops nearby are great for a quick lunch, which is a nice bonus for working in this part of town. We usually head out around six or seven in the evening.
