We are located in the Gagan Giri Complex, specifically at Shop No 4. If you know the Vishrantwadi area, we are right there in the Unique Classic building on M G Road. It’s a decent-sized shop, and we try to keep it organized, though with the amount of stock we handle, it can get a bit tight. The traffic on M G Road is something else, so we usually hear the horns and the bustle all day long. We’ve been operating out of this unit for some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or handling the inventory that comes through the back. It isn't a fancy setup with bright lights and music; it’s just a place where business happens. We handle a variety of things depending on what’s in demand. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just catch up on cleaning the shelves, and other days it’s so busy we barely have time for lunch. Being in Vishrantwadi means we see a lot of local residents. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex too. We just focus on showing up every morning and staying until the shutters go down in the evening. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just provide what people are looking for and try to be helpful when they have questions. It’s a simple way to make a living and we’re happy to be here.
