Mercedes Benz India Pvt Ltd

We operate out of Flat No 5 in Niyoshi Park Phase II, located in Aundh, Pune. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential-style setup, but it works for Mercedes Benz India Pvt Ltd. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which we actually prefer. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and it gets good light in the mornings. Aundh is a nice part of Pune, and it’s relatively easy for most of us to get here. There isn't any fancy lobby or elevator music. We just walk in, sit down, and start the day. Sometimes the neighbors are out walking their dogs while we are working on spreadsheets. It’s a grounded way to work. We handle the tasks that come across our desks without making a big fuss about it. We don't have a lot of visitors, but that’s fine with us. It keeps things quiet so we can actually get stuff finished. We’ve been in this flat for a bit and have made it our own. It’s just a practical spot for us to do our jobs. No one is wearing a suit and tie here. We just wear what's comfortable and get through the list of things to do. It’s a small, dedicated group and we’ve become quite a close-knit team over the years. We take our lunches together and just talk about normal things, which makes the day go by a lot faster.
