If you are looking for us, we are at Ruturaj Society, specifically Flat no. 5. It is near Pankaj Avenue in the SNO 161/8+9 area of Hadapsar. Merakyst Hub Private Limited is a small place where we get our work done. It is not a big corporate hub like the name might make some people think. It is just a flat where a few of us gather to work on various projects. We like being in a residential society because it feels more like a community than a cold office building. We have neighbors who are families and retirees, and it keeps us grounded. Our work at the hub involves a lot of different things, mostly focused on helping businesses grow or manage their operations better. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine in the lobby. We just have our desks and our computers. Sometimes we walk over to Pankaj Avenue to grab a snack or just to get some fresh air. Hadapsar is a busy place, but our little corner in Ruturaj is relatively calm. We have been in Pune for a while and we have learned that you don’t need a fancy office to do good work. You just need to be honest and put in the hours. That is what we do here every day. No big speeches, just steady progress and a bit of focus.
