Our office is located at 612 Bibwewadi in the Ghorpade Peth area, specifically inside Gagan Apartment. We are pretty close to Ganga Dham, which is a landmark most people around here know. Mehta Property Solutions isn't a giant agency; it’s mostly just us helping people figure out where they want to live or sell. We’ve got a lot of maps and property listings pinned up. Some days it's really quiet and we just catch up on filing, and other days it feels like everyone in Pune is calling at once. We know the Bibwewadi neighborhood inside and out because we’ve lived or worked here for years. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening on the street outside. We don’t use those slick sales pitches you hear on TV. We just tell people what the market is looking like and what we can do to help. The apartment office is a bit cramped when more than three people are in there, but it’s home for us. We drink a lot of chai and talk to a lot of neighbors. It’s a decent way to spend the day, helping folks navigate the local real estate scene without too much fuss. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help a few people find a good roof over their heads. Most of our clients are just people from the neighborhood who know our faces by now.
