Out here in MIDC Bhosari, things are always moving. Megafiber is located at S-164, which is right in the heart of the industrial area. If you’ve ever been to Bhosari, you know what it’s like—lots of trucks and the sound of machines everywhere. We spend most of our time on the floor or in the small office area. The fiber business isn't exactly quiet, but we like it that way. We’ve been in this shed for quite some time now. The roof gets a bit loud when it rains, but it keeps the sun off the materials. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Usually, people just walk in through the side gate. We keep the paperwork in the back and the main work happens out front. It’s a practical setup. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us end up during the break. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just trying to do the job right. Working in an industrial zone means you get used to the dust and the heat. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. There’s always something to load or unload. It is mostly just about the daily routine of manufacturing.
