We are over in Aundh, right near the MSEB Colony at S.No. 155/5/A. It’s a pretty quiet spot most of the time, and we’ve been here at Hno.3A/3B for a while now. Some days are busier than others, especially when the traffic picks up around Pune, but we just keep at it. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done and talk to folks who drop by. Being in Aundh is nice because everything is close. We mostly just focus on what needs to get done that day. Sometimes the power flickers or the street gets noisy, but that’s just how it is around here. We aren't trying to be some big fancy corporation. We are just a local team doing our bit. You’ll find us there near the colony most weekdays. It’s easy to find once you get into the lane. We’ve grown to like this corner of Pune. There’s a certain way things move here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm. Usually, we are just sitting at our desks, handling the paperwork and the calls that come in. It’s basic, honest work. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a door and some desks. If you are in the neighborhood, you probably know the area well. It’s just us at Mdc Ventures Private Limited, trying to keep things moving along properly. We like it this way because it’s simple and it works for everyone.
