Even though the name says Pune, we are actually based out of Kolhapur. Our main spot is at 914/1, Plot No:-7 in Saneguraji Vasahat. It is right on Radhanagari Road. If you are driving down that way, you might see us. The office is a practical space where we handle all the construction details. We have been working in this area for a good while. Most of the staff comes from nearby neighborhoods. We aren't big on flashy advertisements or corporate talk. We just show up and get the work done. The area around Radhanagari Road is always changing, and we have seen a lot of new buildings go up over the years. We spend a lot of our day dealing with suppliers and looking over blueprints. It is a lot of back and forth, but that is construction for you. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get in and out, but we manage. We keep a small team so we can actually talk to each other without having to send emails all the time. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the soil here and how the weather affects the work. People stop by to ask questions about their own plots sometimes. We just give them a straight answer and move on with our tasks.
