We are Mba Estate Llp and you can find us over in the Baner area of Pune. Our office is located at Ajinkya C 1, which is part of the Darshan Park section on DP Road. The specific plot is Sr 249/3/4. Baner has become such a crowded place over the last few years, especially on DP Road. There is always someone honking outside or people rushing to the local cafes. We have a modest setup here in the C 1 building. It’s a practical space where we keep all our maps and documents. Usually, the morning starts with the sound of the neighbor’s scooter and the smell of breakfast from the nearby stalls. We’ve been operating out of this 411008 area for a bit now and we’ve seen the buildings go up all around us. It’s a bit of a maze in Darshan Park if you are new, but we like the quiet corners of it. Inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional tea break. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to help the people who walk in looking for information. Working at Mba Estate Llp means dealing with a lot of local details, and being right here on DP Road helps us keep an eye on how the neighborhood is changing. It is a busy life, but it’s honest work that keeps us connected to the Pune community.
