M.B. Chitale Constructions

Our office for M.B. Chitale Constructions is located in Flat Number 23 at Amruta Apartment. We are in Mahavir Nagar, which is in the Manik Bag area along Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially with all the traffic on Sinhgad Road, but our apartment is tucked away enough that we can get some work done. Using a flat as an office makes things feel a bit more relaxed and informal. We have a few tables set up for drawing plans and a couple of computers for the rest of the work. It’s not a huge space, so we have to stay organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. We’ve been working in construction around Pune for a long time, so we know the local rules and how things get built here. Most of our meetings happen right at the kitchen table or out on the sites we are managing. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you’re likely to just find us working through some files or talking on the phone with contractors. It’s a small, family-style operation. We like it this way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. It feels more personal when you're working out of a place that feels like a home. We just try to get the jobs done properly.
