Mayura Trading & Co

We’ve been here in Chikhlee 1652 for quite a while now. Mayura Trading & Co is basically what keeps us busy from morning till evening. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where we handle all the trading stuff that comes our way. Some days are packed with deliveries and other days we’re just sitting around checking the stock or talking to folks who drop by. The weather gets a bit dusty around here, but that’s just part of the life. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing everyone who walks through the door. It’s a lot of paperwork and moving boxes around, to be honest. My desk is usually covered in receipts and half-empty tea cups. Chikhlee has changed over the years, more buildings going up and more traffic on the roads, but our spot stays pretty much the same. People ask why we don’t move to a bigger city, but this is where the roots are. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the orders go out when they should. It isn't always perfect, sometimes a shipment is late or a phone line acts up, but we manage. Just a bunch of us working hard to keep things moving. It’s a simple life at the shop, really. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few reliable people who know the routine by heart and don't mind getting their hands dirty when a heavy crate arrives.
