Operating out of A-260 in MIDC Bhosari, we spend most of our time dealing with various motion control components. It is a straightforward industrial setup where the focus is on the mechanical side of things. The Bhosari area is thick with workshops and factories, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. Our building is a typical MIDC structure, nothing too elaborate, just enough space for our equipment and the parts we need to assemble. Some days are busier than others, depending on what kind of orders are sitting on the desk. We don’t really go for big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, it's just a couple of us looking at drawings and making sure the sensors and motors are doing what they are supposed to do. The air inside the unit always smells a bit like machinery and grease, which is how an engineering firm should be, honestly. We have been in this spot for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. We arrive, check the schedule, and get started on whatever needs fixing or building. There’s a lot of metal and wires around the place, and we try to keep it organized enough so we can find our tools. It is a long day’s work, but it’s what we know how to do here in the heart of the industrial zone, and we just keep moving forward.
