Matigara Realtors Private Limited operates out of a flat in Talegaon Station. The address is Flat No - C - 3 - 101, S No - 44, in the Maval area of Pune. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Pune city center, but we like the pace out here. Being near the station is useful because we have to travel around the Maval district quite often to look at different plots of land and houses. The office itself is just a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make tea and a balcony where we sometimes take phone calls if the weather is nice. It’s a much more relaxed environment than being in a crowded commercial building. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down and maintain a friendly relationship with everyone in the building. Our day usually starts with a check of the local listings and then we head out to meet people. Talegaon is growing fast, but it still has a bit of that small-town feel compared to the city. We don't have a big sign or a fancy reception desk. It is just a place where we sit down and get our real estate work done without any fuss. We prefer this quiet way of working because it lets us focus on the details without being constantly interrupted by city noise.
