Our office is in the Green View building, number 39, in the Varadayini Society on Sus Road in Pashan. It’s a nice area with a bit more greenery than the center of town. Matchless Machines & Technology Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us who like tinkering with technical stuff. We have a lot of equipment spread out across several rooms. It’s not the most organized place in the world. There are cables running across the floor and parts sitting on every flat surface. We focus on machinery and how to make it work better. We’ve been here in Pashan for several years now. The commute isn't too bad if you miss the morning rush. We usually have the windows open to let in a breeze, though sometimes the noise from Sus Road gets a bit much. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear jeans and old shirts. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and scratching our heads when things don't work. It’s a lot of trial and error. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to build things that actually work and don't break down. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. We usually just catch up with them over the phone. It’s a good, steady life here in the society. We usually finish up the day by tidying the main bench.
