Matador Goods Service & F K Transport

We are based at 470 Centre Street in the Camp area, right opposite the Qureshi Mosque. It is a very busy spot, and the sound of the calls to prayer and the traffic is just part of our daily background. We run Matador Goods Service & F K Transport from this location. It is a lot of transport work, which basically means we are always dealing with trucks, drivers, and delivery schedules. Our office is simple and functional. We have a lot of clipboards hanging on the walls and old maps pinned up so we can see where everyone is supposed to be. It is not a quiet place. There is always someone coming in to drop off paperwork or a driver asking about his next route. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and trying to sort out delays or mechanical issues with the vehicles. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just move goods from point A to point B. It is hard, honest work that keeps us busy from early morning until late at night. The Camp area is a great place to be because everything you need is right there. We have been here for a long time and the locals all know us. We just focus on keeping the trucks moving and making sure the bills get paid on time.
