We are located in B-110 at the Parmar Trade Center, which is right by Sadhu Vaswani Chowk. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic around the chowk can be quite something during peak hours. Master Instrument Corporation [India] has been operating out of this unit for a good while. The office is packed with boxes of instruments and testing gear. There isn't much room to walk around sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives. We have old metal cupboards full of spare parts and tools that have been here since we started. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy waiting room for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably just stand near one of the desks while we find what you need. The walls have a few old calendars and some charts pinned up. It’s a practical space where we focus on the technical details of the instruments. Most of us have been working here long enough that we can find any part with our eyes closed. We don't do much in the way of big marketing or glossy brochures. We just talk to the people who need our help and try to get the instruments sorted out. It’s a lot of fine work and careful checking. We just keep our heads down and do the job. The overhead lights flicker a bit, but we’re used to the quirk of the building.
