This branch of Mast Innovative Products is out in Pune, specifically at Flat No. 19 in Shree Residency. We’re located in Dapodi, which is a busy little pocket of the city. Being in an apartment complex makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive commercial tower. We have our desks set up in the main room and we use the other spaces for storage and packing. Pune-12 is where we spend most of our hours. The building is usually quiet during the day since most people are out at work, which helps us focus. We deal with a lot of different things here, and there’s always something that needs fixing or checking. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. It keeps us moving, I guess. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure everything gets shipped out correctly. The weather in Pune is usually decent, so we keep the windows open mostly. We’ve got a routine down now where we handle the orders in the morning and do the administrative stuff in the afternoon. It’s a simple setup that works for what we need to do. Being in Dapodi puts us close enough to the main roads to get things moved quickly.
