Marvel Realtors

Marvel Realtors is based over in Aurangabad, specifically in the Cidco area. Our address is S.T. Takalkar N-8, P5/21. We are pretty close to the M.C. Hospital, so it’s easy to find us if you use that as a landmark. The neighborhood is a mix of people living there and small businesses like ours. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have a few desks, some plastic chairs for when people come over, and a big cupboard for all the files. It’s usually just a couple of us here during the day. We don’t have a big staff or anyone in suits. It’s more of a casual vibe. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors or the people from the hospital who wander over. The street outside gets busy during the middle of the day, but it’s quiet in the mornings. We have a small cooler for water and a ceiling fan that’s seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We focus on the paperwork and making sure everything is filed correctly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. It’s a local operation and we like it that way.
