Marvel Realtors is located at Plot No D-3 in the Aniket Society No-1. The building is called Ashwanand and it’s right on Bibwewadi Road in Pune-37. It’s a busy area and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve got this office space that feels a bit like someone’s living room. There are bookshelves lined with files that haven’t been moved in years and a few computers that hum all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking over maps of the area. The society is mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside in the evenings. It’s not like those sterile offices in the IT parks. We have some old posters on the wall and a clock that’s five minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going in the back room. People come by to talk about land or just to check on things. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the day-to-day stuff. The windows look out onto the street, so we see everyone coming and going. It’s a decent place to work and it’s close to everything we need in Bibwewadi. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even need to look at the address anymore.
