We are Marvel Realtors Ltd. and our main spot is at C3 603, Rose Parade on N.I.B.M. Road in Pune. The pin code here is 410048. N.I.B.M. Road is a pretty well-known part of the city, and Rose Parade is a nice building to be in. We are up on the sixth floor, in unit 603 of the C3 wing. It is a decent place to work from. We are not one of those massive companies with a whole building to ourselves. We just have this one unit where we manage everything. The view from the sixth floor is actually okay on clear days. We spend a lot of time here looking at floor plans and talking to people about apartments. It is a small group of us, so we all know each other well. There is not any corporate hierarchy or anything like that. We just do the work that comes in. Some days are busier than others, especially when there is a lot of interest in new properties around Pune. We try to keep things simple and not use any of that fancy business talk you hear elsewhere. We are just Marvel Realtors Ltd. trying to do a good job from our office on N.I.B.M. Road. If you are in the Rose Parade building, you can find us there. It is a straightforward operation and we like to keep it that way for everyone we deal with. It works out for us and the people we see.
