At Marvel Realtors Ltd, Pune, we work out of Flat No.13 in the Sri Nrusimha Saraswati Society. If you are familiar with Kothrud, we are pretty easy to find because we are right opposite the Kothrud Bus Stand. It is a busy area with a lot of people moving around, which we actually like. Being near the bus stand makes it easy for people to find the society. We are not some big fancy office with a glass front and a dozen receptionists. We just have our small space in Flat 13. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of files, but it gets the job done. We have been here in Kothrud for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The society is quite old and has a friendly feel to it. Our day-to-day work usually involves checking on projects and talking to folks who are interested in Pune real estate. We try to keep things very down to earth. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just prefer the honest way of doing things. If you stop by, you will see a few of us working on laptops or sorting through papers. It is a simple setup for Marvel Realtors Ltd, and that is how we like it. We are just local people working in the local market. Nothing more to it than that, just a regular group of workers in Kothrud.
