You can find Marvel Realtors & Developers Ltd. Pune over at Dnyan-Ganga Apartments in Tukai Nagar. We are in unit D2/5, which is care of Dr. Milind Sardesai. It’s right near Sinhgad College in Wadgaon (B). Being so close to the college means there are always students walking past and lots of small snack shops nearby. The apartment is actually our office space. It’s got that lived-in feel, not like a cold business center. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls and some filing cabinets in the corner. The view from the balcony shows the busy street below, which is always full of life. We spend our time checking through papers and coordinating with different people. It’s not a fancy operation. We use old pens and have stacks of notebooks everywhere. Sometimes Dr. Sardesai stops by, but mostly it’s just us working through the piles of documents. The building is a bit older, so the elevator is a bit slow, but it gets you there. We don’t have any big signs out front, just the name on the door. It’s a quiet enough spot to get things done, even with the college noise nearby. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s a comfortable place to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years.
