It’s got a few desks that don't match and some shelves that are sagging under the weight of too many documents. We don't have a big team of people running around. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting here, working through the tasks. It can get a bit cluttered with all the blueprints and maps lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings or fancy titles. We just show up, do the work, and talk to whoever comes through the door. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s completely silent. We have a small stove in the back to make tea, which is pretty much the highlight of the afternoon.
