Marvel Realtores& Deloperes,Ltd is basically out in Wadgaon Shinde. It’s under the Wagholi post office in Haveli taluka. Being out here in Pune district means it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city noise. We’ve got a small setup here. The road out to Wadgaon Shinde can get pretty dusty when the trucks go past, especially in the dry months. We usually have the windows shut to keep the dust off the keyboards, but it finds a way in anyway. Most days it’s just a couple of us sitting here going through documents and talking to people who stop by. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations. We mostly just sit around the main table and figure things out as they come. There’s a small shop nearby where we get biscuits and tea in the afternoon. It’s a simple place with a few desks and some cupboards full of old folders. We don't have any big corporate stuff going on. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay busy. The sun sets right behind the building, which is probably the nicest thing about being out this way. It’s honest work and we like the location.
