Marposs Ind Pvt Ltd

Our office for Marposs Ind Pvt Ltd is in Chinchwad Gaon, Pune. We are located in Vishnu Raj Park, which is part of the Kakde Township. Our space is Flat No-15. It is a residential township, so it is a bit different from the usual industrial offices you might expect. We have converted the flat into a working area with desks, computers, and shelves for all our technical manuals. It is a bit crowded with all the files and equipment, but it works for us. We do not have a fancy reception or a glass-walled conference room. You just walk in and we are all right there working. The township is a busy place with families and kids, which gives the area a nice, lively feel. We do not follow a corporate dress code. We just wear what is practical for the day's tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on our laptops. There is a small kitchen where we make our tea and coffee. It is a very simple, hands-on environment. We focus on our industrial work and making sure everything is handled correctly. We do not have any big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just get to work every morning and do our best. It is a real place run by real people who just want to do their jobs and go home to their families at the end of the day.
