We are over here at Krutika Building in Tejas Nagar. Most people know this part of Kothrud because it’s a bit tucked away but still busy enough during the day. Markman Impex Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot at 4A/7 for a while now. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle all our paperwork and calls. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes getting here a bit of a chore, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We usually have a few people coming in and out, mostly delivery guys or local folks we deal with regularly. The building itself is an older one, so you might miss the entrance if you aren’t looking closely for the 29/2D/2 marking. It feels like a real neighborhood spot, not like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We keep our own hours mostly, and there’s a small tea stall nearby that everyone goes to when they need a break from the desks. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated, just a small team trying to keep things moving. We’ve got stacks of files and a few computers that have seen better days, but they work well enough for what we need.
