Mantri Reality

Our office is in Pune, out in the Nigdi area. The building is called Snehasadan. We have a long address, 21/11/28/15, which sometimes confuses the delivery drivers when they first come by. We are in Yamunanagar. It’s a part of Pune 44 that has its own character. Our name is Mantri Reality. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people in this office. It’s a smaller team. We have a few rooms where we keep all our records and set up our computers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless there's a big reason to. Most days it’s just regular clothes and getting things sorted. We’ve got our desks organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. The Yamunanagar area is okay for us. It’s close enough to what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone and trying to keep everything on track. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, but that’s just life here. We just try to stay honest and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a plain office for plain work. We have been here for a while and like the neighborhood.
