If you are looking for us, we are located at 16/A, Govind Apartments in the Anand Nagar area of Pune. We are right opposite Prathamesh Nagari, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Pune has grown so much lately, but this part of town still feels like the old days in some ways. Our office is basically a few rooms where we manage all the construction details. The pin code is 411 051. We’ve got desks piled with drawings and site reports. It's a busy office because there is always a new project starting or one that needs finishing up. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in if they need to talk to us about a project. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, but once you get inside the apartment complex, it is much quieter. We have been doing this for years, mostly focusing on local building work around the city. Our staff consists of a few engineers and the clerical team that handles all the government filings. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running smoothly in the construction world. We deal with architects, laborers, and material suppliers every single day. It’s a lot of coordination, but we have a good rhythm going now. We like being in Anand Nagar.
