Mantri Chandak Group

Our office is currently situated at Tarangan Apartment, which is in Damani Nagar, Solapur. Specifically, we are listed care of D.B. Deshmukh and Viraj Kulkarni handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff here. It's a quiet residential area mostly, but we operate our group activities from this spot. The apartment building is easy enough to find once you get into Damani Nagar. We have been working out of this location for some time now. Solapur is home for us. We handle various parts of the business from this small desk setup. It’s not like those big glass offices you see in Mumbai or Pune. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and get through the paperwork. Usually, someone is around during the normal hours, but sometimes we are out at different sites or meeting people. We don't do much in the way of big presentations. It's mostly just phone calls, ledgers, and making sure the accounts are straight. People in the building know us. It’s a decent place to work from and the commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the local projects. Being part of the group means there is always something happening, whether it is a small repair job or something bigger. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
