Manohar Motors sits right between Shukrawar Peth and Sadashiv Peth at number 582. It’s a busy part of town, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with motors and vehicles all day long. It's dusty, loud, and there’s always someone asking a question while we're under a car. We don't have a fancy showroom with shiny floors. Our floors are stained with oil, which is pretty much what you'd expect. We’ve been at 582 for a long time now. People bring their bikes or cars because they know we’ve seen it all before. We don't use any corporate talk here. If a part is broken, we tell you it’s broken. We try to get things fixed so people can get back on the road. It’s a simple business run by people who actually like mechanical stuff. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, and that’s just how the industry goes. We don't have any awards on the wall, just some old calendars and a few tools. Shukrawar Peth is a good place to be. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s just Manohar Motors, a regular shop doing regular work for the folks around here. We often have tea together in the afternoons when the rush slows down a bit. It’s just a normal way to run a garage in this neighborhood. We don't overcomplicate things, we just fix what’s in front of us.
