Manisha Industries

Manisha Industries is tucked away in Landewadi, specifically at S No 7-4 in Shanti Nagar. We are quite close to the Bhosari Police Station, which makes it easy for people to find us if they get lost in the lanes. Our setup is pretty modest. It’s a small industrial unit where we do a bit of everything. There’s always a pile of raw materials near the door and a few half-finished projects sitting on the benches. We don’t have a marketing team or a sales manager. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone while trying to finish some work on a lathe or a drill. The neighborhood is a mix of small houses and other workshops, so there’s always someone walking by or a bike zooming through. We’ve had the same few guys working here for years, and we all know each other’s habits. We don’t bother with fancy reports or long emails. If we have to tell a customer something, we just call them up and say it plainly. It’s a very local way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always operated. The shed gets a bit leaky when it rains heavy, but we just move the stuff to the dry spots and keep going. It’s just a regular small-scale industry life, nothing more and nothing less. We’re just trying to do a decent job every day and get the orders out on time.
