We've been out here at Gat No. 103 in Chandkhed for a while now. Being in Tal. Maval keeps us busy. Manil Ayurved Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our days, dealing with all the stuff that comes with running a pharma place. It’s not fancy. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on the machines or just making sure the paperwork is sorted out. People ask what we do, and mostly we just try to keep things moving. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, especially in the rainy season, but we make it work. We've got a small team. Everyone knows their job. It gets quiet in the evenings once the shift ends. It’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some huge global thing, just a local spot doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out, or a delivery is late, but that’s just part of life in Maval. We keep the place clean and try to stay organized. It's a lot of manual work and paying attention to small details. We don't really do much advertising because there isn't much time for it. Mostly, we just focus on the daily tasks. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes just getting through the list. It’s a decent place to work. We've been here long enough that the locals know us. That’s about it really.
