Mangglam Developer

We have our office at number 4, Abhilasha Apartments, which is right across from the Abhimanshree Society on Pashan Road. Being in Pune, specifically in this part of town, means we are surrounded by a lot of trees and nice residential areas. Mangglam Developer is a small setup. We don't have a huge glass building or anything like that. It is just a simple apartment converted into a workspace where we talk about building projects. Dealing with property and development in Pune keeps us pretty occupied. People stop by to ask about plots or upcoming flats. Pashan Road is usually busy, but our corner feels a bit more tucked away. Working at Mangglam Developer involves a lot of site visits and looking at blueprints. We spend time on the phone with contractors and trying to get all the permits lined up. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon or some paperwork at the municipal office, but that is just how it goes here. We have been at this location for a while now. Most of our neighbors in Abhilasha Apartments are regular families, so we try to keep things quiet. It is a practical place to work from. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the city, just focusing on the projects we have in front of us. This is how we have always handled things.
