Minilec Private Limited

Our facility is out in Pirangoot, at number 1073/1-2-3. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city of Pune, but the air is a little clearer out here near the hills. The site for Minilec Private Limited is a mix of production areas and office space where we handle all the electronics and relay work. It’s a fairly large plot, so there’s enough room for the different stages of assembly. The morning starts with the staff arriving on the company buses or their own bikes. Once everyone is in, the place hums with the sound of testing equipment and people working at their stations. We don't really have a lot of visitors out this way, mostly just suppliers or the occasional technician. The environment is more like a workshop than a corporate office. We have a canteen where we get our tea and lunch, which is a good time to catch up on things that aren't about work. The walls are mostly covered with technical charts and some old calendars. We’ve been in Pirangoot for quite some time, so we’ve seen the area grow from mostly empty fields to a proper industrial zone. It’s a practical place to work. There isn’t much drama, just the daily task of putting things together and making sure they work before they get boxed up and sent out to the clients. It’s a long day, but we like the quiet of the location once the shift ends.
