Mangaldal Builder

We are Mangaldal Builder and our place is at B. No. 21/245, Netaji Nagar, in the Wanowarie area of Pune. The pincode is 411 040. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Netaji Nagar is a decent area to be in. We handle building projects and construction stuff. Our office is not anything fancy. It is a ground floor spot mostly, easy to walk into. We have blueprints lying around and a few desks where we do the planning. People in the neighborhood know us. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We are just local builders trying to do a good job on the sites we manage. The phone rings a lot with people asking about progress or new work. We talk to them like neighbors. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the door open most of the day. There is a lot of paperwork involved in building things, so we spend a lot of time at these desks. We do not have a big marketing department. People just see our signs at construction sites and give us a call or stop by here in Wanowarie. It is straightforward work. We wake up, come to the office, and get things built. That is how it goes for us. There is always something to do or a site to go check on.
