You can find MANE VENTURES LLP over in Balewadi, Pune. We are in Chintamani Concord, which is a building on Portias Number 40 and 41. Our office is actually Flat Number 204 in Building B. It’s a bit of a mixed-use feel because the building has both homes and some small offices like ours. We like it that way because it feels a bit more relaxed than a cold office park. Balewadi has been growing so fast lately, with new shops and buildings popping up every month. We’ve watched the road outside get busier and busier. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we keep our stuff and do our work. It’s a second-floor unit, so we usually just walk up the stairs instead of waiting for the lift. It’s a good spot for us because it’s not too far from the main highway, making it easy to get in and out of the area. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just come in, have some coffee, and get through the tasks we have for the day. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the construction noise you hear from time to time in the neighborhood. It’s just where we happen to be based.
