You can find M&T Group at Plot No-3 in Ganesh Colony. We are right near the Swami Samrtha Mandir Gate in the Gondhalenagar area of Hadapsar. It's a recognizable spot if you live in this part of Pune. Our building is called Sunin. This location was chosen because it’s easy for us to get around the city from here. We aren't a corporate giant; we are more of a local group doing our thing in the community. The office is pretty relaxed and we don't stand on ceremony much. Usually, someone is making tea or checking the schedule for the week. Long-term staff who have been with us through thick and thin make up our team. The area around Ganesh Colony is quite active, and we like being in the middle of it all. Staying organized is something we try to do, though sometimes the desk gets a bit buried under blueprints and notes. Big advertising campaigns are a waste of money for us because most of our work comes from people who already know us. It’s a very local way of doing business and it suits us perfectly. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families at the end of the day. No fancy mission statements are on the wall, just a lot of hard work.
