Manav Group Silver Springs

You will find us over at Wagholi, near Gate Number 1203 on Bais Road. We are pretty close to Genba Moze College, so there is always a lot of students and activity around the area. This is where Manav Group is working on the Silver Springs project. Our office here is more of a functional space than anything else. It is where we keep the records and meet with people who want to see the site. It gets pretty dusty out here on the road, especially with all the heavy trucks passing by. We aren’t big on fancy office furniture or air conditioning that is too cold. It is just a place to sit and talk business. We have been in the Wagholi area for a good while and have watched it change from mostly fields to all these new buildings. Silver Springs is just our part of that change. We don’t have a bunch of salespeople in suits. It is usually just a few of us who know the project inside and out. We talk to folks about the units, show them the plans, and explain how the layout works. It is pretty basic stuff. No high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just tell people what is available and let them decide for themselves. If you are driving down Bais Road, look for the college and you will find us nearby. We are usually there from morning until the sun goes down.
