Manas Construction And Developers operates out of the Kondhwa area in Pune. Specifically, we are in the Kumarpragati building, Block E, in Flat 303. It is right on NIBM Road, which is a pretty popular spot with lots of shops and places to eat. Being in a flat instead of a big commercial office makes it feel more like a small family business. The neighbors in Block E are nice enough. We use the space to meet with clients and go over building plans or development papers. Pune traffic is always a bit of a mess, especially around Kondhwa, but once you get up to the third floor, it is relatively quiet. We have been working on projects around the city for a while now. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at construction sites. The office is usually filled with blueprints and samples of tiles or paint. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that is just how it goes when you are busy with construction work. We like being on NIBM Road because it is easy for us to get to different parts of the city from here. It is a practical home base for our team. We just focus on getting the buildings finished and making sure the developers are happy.
